Squirrel Hill Urban Coalition, the Planning Commission and Phipps Conservatory will convene for a Development Activities Meeting (DAM) about the restoration of the Desert Room and Sunken Garden glasshouses.

Phipps Conservatory recently completed the design for the restoration of the final two historic Victorian glasshouses, the Desert Room and Sunken Garden. The rooms will be restored to their historic Victorian standard. View more information about Phipps Conservatory's roof restoration campaign, which began in 2002 with the Victoria room, here. Join the meeting to learn more about the project, which is expected to be completed in 2023 (Desert Room) and 2024 (Sunken Garden).

Development Activities Meetings give citizens, property owners, business owners, and stakeholders an opportunity to learn about the proposals for development in their neighborhood and resolve concerns at an early stage of the application process.
