Development Activities Meeting

As an RCO, we are required to host monthly Development Activities Meetings (DAMs) as necessary. If one is scheduled, the meeting will take place at 7 pm on the first Tuesday of the month and typically lasts an hour. The purpose of these meetings is to give citizens, property owners, business owners, and stakeholders an opportunity to learn about the proposals that affect them and resolve concerns at an early stage of the application process.
How to schedule a Development Activities Meeting:
Applicants must coordinate with the appropriate RCO to schedule a time and date for the public meeting. The RCO will then coordinate with the City to make sure the meeting is held at least 30 days prior to the applicant's first public hearing.
