Development Activities Meeting

Development Activities Meetings will be held to give citizens, property owners, business owners, and stakeholders an opportunity to learn about the proposals for development in our neighborhood that affect them and resolve concerns at an early stage of the application process.
CARNEGIE MELLON UNIVERSITY will present its 2022 Institutional Master Plan (IMP) to the Squirrel Hill and Oakland communities. The IMP will guide the university’s future growth, design, development, and connectivity for the next 10 years. This community meeting serves as a required Development Activities Meeting prior to review of the IMP by the Planning Commission and Pittsburgh City Council.
