Grab your camera and get ready to tell the world about the importance of controlling litter!
ALL CREATIVE FILMMAKERS are invited to submit a 2-5 minute video that educates the viewer about the impact of litter on the environment, health and beautification and litter’s relationship to storm water control.
PRIZE: $100 for the winners in each of 3 categories; Pre-teen (younger than 13 prior to July 10, 2017); teen (between 13 and 17 prior to July 10, 2017), adult (18 or older by July 10, 2017); winning films will be shown at the September 23 night market in Squirrel Hill.
WHEN: Contest submissions must be uploaded to YouTube and entry and release forms received by email before midnight July 10, 2017. Winners will be notified by September 1, 2017. An official award ceremony will be held September 23, 2017.
HOW TO GET STARTED: Read and review the Submission Process, Rules and Disclosures Page, discuss your plans with parents or guardians if younger than 18, then create your video. Upload your video to YouTube, and complete the online Entry Form.
